Do not use this service. I went to this eyelash studio to get eyelash extensions, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The lash extensions were done very poorly and looked nothing like what I expected. After seeing the results, I politely reached out to ask if they could fix them. Instead of trying to make things right, I was told that this was "what I asked for" and that they would not do anything to help. What upset me the most wasn't just the poor quality of the lashes—it was how incredibly rude the woman was when I expressed my concerns. She dismissed me, spoke to me disrespectfully, and was so unkind that she actually brought me to tears. A reputable business should stand behind its work and treat customers with respect, even when there is a disagreement. Unfortunately, I experienced neither. I left feeling disappointed, embarrassed, and completely unsupported. I would not recommend this studio to anyone looking for quality work or professional customer service.

First-time customer here. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience. This was my first time getting lash clusters, and no photos or style options were shown to me beforehand. When I told the technician I was unhappy with the results before I even left the salon, I immediately asked if they could be adjusted, trimmed, removed, or redone. I was completely dismissed and repeatedly told that nothing could be done, despite explaining that this was my first time and I had relied on her guidance. Rather than trying to help or offer any solution, I was simply told that this was what I had chosen. To make matters worse, I was still asked to leave a tip after expressing that I was unhappy with the service. I left feeling ignored, disappointed, and now have to pay another salon to fix or remove them. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I’m terrible at wearing mascara. Whenever I try and wear it, I end up, rubbing my eyes and smearing it and smudging it all over. Having my lashes tinted has been the perfect solution. They do such a great job and my lashes look like I have makeup on for weeks at a time. I started having them trim shape and tint my eyebrows, and that has been awesome too. I have very thin eye eyebrows and this actually makes them look thicker.

Our first visit was absolutely fantastic! It's truly a hidden gem. The attention to detail is definitely here, and I will be returning. I got my eyebrows tinted and lashes done, I'm very happy. I had my boyfriends eyebrows threaded while there, and He loved as well.
